HostSRV.com offers several methods for signing-up for services:

Sign up using a credit card. The setup fee and monthly fees will be changed to your credit card until each month until you cancel your service by sending a cancellation request to info@hostsrv.com. HostSRV.com welcomes Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.	Credit Card Sign Up
Sign up using a check. The setup fee and monthly fees will be charged to your checking account each month until you cancel your service by sending a cancellation request to info@hostsrv.com. Checks must be drawn on a US Bank.	Check Sign Up
Sign up using your purchase order and HostSRV.com will invoice you for services each month until you cancel your service by sending a cancellation request to info@hostsrv.com. Please include the following information: Subscriber's Name Subscriber's Phone Number Subscriber's email address Purchase Order Number Billing Name Billing Address Billing Phone Number Purchasing Contact Purchasing Contact's Phone Number After we receive your order, we will send you an email confirming your order and giving instructions for accessing your account.
