We expect authors to be programers with experience in Mathematica and HTML. This includes a basic understanding of HTML FORM's and CGI concepts. Authors should know how to manipulate files using ftp, should be familiar with Linux account administration, and web server administration.

Typically a person needs some attention when they first start this process. Please ask your questions, and we will do our best to help you out.
