• It's the nature of software that errors in the code exist. The calculations here are not an exception. Software available here is not to be used in any way if there is a risk of personal injury or death or property damage or any other undesirable consequences.
  
  
  
• Due to the nature of networks, servers, software, etc., service may not be available at all times. It's the nature of these services that interruptions due to hardware failure, software failure, connectivity, and malicious attack happen from time to time.
  
  
  
• This site may have links to other (third-party) internet sites which have not necessarily been screened or reviewed by HostSRV.com and which may contain inaccurate, inappropriate or offensive material, products or services for which HostSRV.com assumes no responsibility or liability as regards to the accuracy, reliability, legality or decency of such third-party sites, content, products or services. HostSRV.com and any person creating or transmitting the Information shall not be liable for any infection by viruses of or damage to any computer that results from your use of, access to or downloading of the Information. Access to and use of this site and the Information is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the Information, products or services offered at this site or with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of and access to this site and the Information.
  
  
  
• Any modification, revision or update of this Agreement shall be effective upon being posted to this site, and you are bound by the provisions of any such modification or revision. This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement shall immediately terminate the Agreement without notice from HostSRV.com.
  
  
  
• As of the end of the payment period in which you terminate your subscription, you will no longer have access to the subscribed services using your existing user name and password. You are responsible for paying and will be billed for the entire monthly fee for all services you were subscribed to at the time of cancellation. Any questions regarding HostSRV.com's cancellation policies and procedures may be directed to HostSRV.Com via e-mail at info@hostsrv.com.
  
  
  
• Upon any termination or cancellation you must discontinue all access to and use of this site and the Information and destroy or return to HostSRV.com or relevant others all copies of Information and of all documentation related thereto. In the event of termination the restrictions imposed on you under this Agreement shall survive along with the provisions on disclaimer and limitation of liability and any unpaid balances accrued on your account prior to termination.
  
  
  
• The following terms and conditions are passed through to you from the terms and conditions under which Wolfram Research, Inc. licenses Mathematica to HostSRV.com.
  
  

  The term "Internet Site" refers to a publicly accessible web Site hosted or created by you. However, such access does not have to be publicly promoted. Other links in the web site may be private as long as any link that uses Mathematica is publicly accessible. Such Internet Site may include a private directory containing links that use Mathematica that is not public if it is only accessible to the author(s) of the site.
  
  The term "Intranet Site" refers to a Site located on a secure computer network owned or leased by you, which may only be accessed by Others or your employees or persons contracted to perform work for you which requires them to have access to the network. An Intranet Site requires controlled access to Mathematica via a password (or other equivalent verification method) that is not publicly accessible.
  
  The term "Site" appearing alone refers to both "Intranet Sites" and "Internet Sites".
  
  The term "Users" refers to those persons who access your Internet or Intranet web Site.
  
  The term "Interface" refers to that means under your control by which Users of your Internet or Intranet Site convey information or send requests to the Mathematica kernel, including but not limited to web browsers, Java programs, or other software that sends requests to a web server.
  
  The term "Specific-Use Site" refers to an Interface that provides some specific function that makes use of Mathematica but does not allow a general interface that more or less duplicates a Mathematica "user experience".
  
  The term "Commercial License" means any license used to enable commercial gain for a Site.
  
  The term "Non-Commercial License" means any license which dose not enable commercial gain for a Site.
  
  You may license Mathematica kernels for both Commercial and Non-Commercial use. Sites that make use of Non-Commercial Licenses must meet the definition of Non-Commercial use as defined above.
  
  You may provide Mathematica kernel licenses to support your own Specific-Use. You may use these licenses in a manner consistent with the terms of such license agreement. Such licenses may be pooled with other such licenses.
  
  You may use our "Powered by Mathematica" logo(s) on any Site.
  
  You only may create Interfaces that provides some specific function that makes use of Mathematica but does not allow a general interface that more or less duplicates a Mathematica "user experience". You may not create a Site in which the User can type in arbitrary, open-ended calculation requests, in Mathematica syntax or in any other syntax or means of specification, and have those calculation requests carried out by the Mathematica kernel(s) in a manner that more or less duplicates the Mathematica "user experience". In addition, you may not aggregate multiple Sites with incremental functionality in order to recreate the Mathematica User experience or any significant portion thereof. In other words, you may not to offer your Users through multiple Sites a level of functionality that would violate this Agreement if offered through a single Site. This restriction must be imposed at the Interface level, before commands are sent to the kernel for processing. This restriction may be enforced through the use of cgi-scripts, or other entry fields that will accept only the variable information necessary to perform those computations and functions that are directly related to your Site's mission. You agree that in no event will you create Interfaces that allow Users to bypass such restrictive fields or otherwise access the Mathematica kernel directly.
  
  You may not create an Interface that replicates, in whole or in part, the "look and feel" of the Mathematica front-end. In other words, an Interface that you create may not be composed of visual, design or functional elements which could reasonably be expected to cause confusion between the Mathematica front-end and such Interface among Users of your Site. The criteria for assessing compliance with this restriction will be set and applied at Wolfram Research's sole discretion which it agrees to exercise in a reasonable manner.
  
  You agree to provide a web link supplied by Wolfram Research on any Site making use of Non-Commercial Licenses. Wolfram Research will supply you with a graphic and hypertext link to a server operated by them that you shall display on all applicable Sites. This graphic shall include the phrase "Powered by Mathematica." In addition, you agree to permit Wolfram Research and us to use the name and/or URL of such Site in promotional materials.
  
  Wolfram Research reserves the right to determine at any time during the duration of this License, based on an inspection of your Site(s) at HostSRV.com whether your Site conforms with the terms of this License. If Wolfram Research determines that a Site is not in conformity with this License, whether through flaws in intent, design, or implementation, remedies will be suggested to bring the Site into conformity with this Agreement. In the event that the Intranet Site remains nonconforming after a reasonable amount of time to permit you to implement appropriate remedies, Wolfram Research reserves the right to terminate the License for the offending Site with ten (10) days' prior written notice to you.
  
  In the event that inspection of Sites by us or Wolfram Research is impossible due to operation of law or overriding security considerations, you agree to provide a detailed outline of the such Site which provides sufficient technical information and descriptive data to allow assessment of its compliance status by Wolfram Research. If Wolfram Research thereafter discovers that such Site is not functionally identical to the outline provided, the License for the offending Site may be terminated on ten (10) days' prior written notice.
  
  
• The material presented here is copyrighted and no grant of license to copy or reuse is made.
  
  
  
• All trade names, trademarks, service marks and other product and service names and logos featured herein are the proprietary trademarks of their respective owners and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  
  
  
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware without regard to its provisions of conflicts of law. Should any provision of this Agreement or portion thereof be held illegal or unenforceable by an appropriate jurisdiction such provision shall be limited or severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Neither the rights nor the obligations arising under this Agreement are assignable or transferable by you and any such attempted assignment or transfer shall be void and without effect. The Information is subject to United States export controls and must not be downloaded or used by any person in violation of any US law, rule or regulation nor be exported or reexported into any embargoed country in violation of US export-control laws. The failure of either party to enforce its rights under this Agreement at any time for any period shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.
  
  
  
• LIMIT OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
  
  
  
• DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: YOU AGREE THAT WE HAVE MADE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE USE OF THIS SITE AND THAT ACCESS TO THIS SITE IS BEING PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE SITE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY OR NON INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
